DAMIA Foundation is a DIFC-established foundation created to hold and manage assets with a long-term perspective. Operating in full compliance with DIFC and UAE regulations, the Foundation provides a structured framework for asset stewardship, investment management, and discretionary distributions for the benefit of its beneficiaries. 

The Foundation exists to preserve, manage, and grow assets responsibly. Its activities include holding existing investments, making new investments where appropriate, and managing related banking and financial arrangements. 

What We Do 

* Hold and administer assets in a secure and regulated structure
* Manage and grow long-term investments
* Maintain bank accounts for investment, income, and expense management
* Facilitate discretionary distributions in accordance with the By-laws

Governance 

DAMIA Foundation is governed by its Foundation Council, which oversees all activities and ensures that assets are managed and administered in accordance with the Foundation’s By-laws and applicable DIFC and UAE laws. 

Regulatory Framework 

The Foundation operates exclusively for lawful purposes and in full compliance with DIFC and United Arab Emirates regulations.
